The rules, in plain English

No fine-print games. Here's exactly how it works, what counts, and what doesn't.

How is this different from the referral program?
Every enrolled student already gets a referral code that earns course credit for bringing a friend. The Partner (Ambassador) program is different: it's for people who want a cash-style reward (a gift card) and don't take a course themselves. If you're a parent, group admin or community leader with a network — this is your program.
What exactly counts as a referral?
Three things must all be true: (1) the family is new to Ace Achievers — no prior purchase, (2) it's their first order, and (3) your partner code is used at checkout. Existing customers using your code still get looked after, but that order doesn't earn commission — the program rewards genuinely new families.
When does my commission confirm, and how am I paid?
Commission appears as pending the moment a family pays, and becomes available after the 7-day refund window on their first order. Once your available balance passes A$100, you can redeem it in A$100 steps (A$100, A$200, A$300…) as a Prepaid Visa gift card — we arrange it manually and email you. Any remainder under the next A$100 simply rolls over. Credit is valid for 12 months.
Is the reward cash?
It's gift-card credit (a Prepaid Visa), not withdrawable cash deposited to a bank account. You can spend a Prepaid Visa almost anywhere, but it isn't a cash transfer.
Can I refer myself, or stack it with other discounts?
No. Self-referral using your own account isn't eligible (your email is locked out of your own code). The partner discount also can't be combined with referral credit or other promo codes — one offer per order. Refunded orders have their commission reversed.
Is this multi-level — can I recruit other partners?
No. This is a strict single-tier program. You earn only from families you directly refer — you cannot recruit other partners and earn a cut of theirs. This keeps the program firmly on the right side of Australian law.
What about tax?
Commission you earn is assessable income and you're responsible for declaring it yourself. We don't withhold tax on your behalf. If you're unsure how it applies to you, speak to a registered tax agent.
Do I need to disclose that I'm a partner?
Yes — when you promote Ace Achievers you should disclose that it's a paid partnership. It's an ACCC expectation and, honestly, it builds trust. A simple "I partner with Ace Achievers" is enough.
