Referral Q&A
Is there a limit?
No limit on successful referrals. Each confirmed eligible enrolment can add referral credit to your parent account.
Can credits stack?
Yes, referral credits from multiple confirmed families can accumulate toward a future eligible course, up to that course price. They cannot be stacked with event promo codes, partner codes, scholarships, school offers, or other discounts.
Can I reuse my code?
You can share your code with many different families. Each referred family can use a referral discount only once on their first eligible purchase.
Can I use my own code?
No. Self-referrals are blocked. Your code is for another family, not for your own purchase.
Can I gift or transfer the credit?
No. Referral credit stays with the parent account that earned it. It can be used for another child under the same parent account, but it cannot be gifted or transferred to another family.
Can I cash it out?
No. Referral credit is not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and has no cash value. It is only for eligible Ace Achievers course purchases.
How long can I use it?
Referral credit never expires. It becomes available as soon as the referred family's enrolment is confirmed, and stays in your account until you spend it.
Can my other child use it?
Yes. If the children are under the same parent account, the parent account can apply available referral credit to an eligible course for another child.
Referral records are tracked by account email and referral code. Rewards are not cash, cannot be transferred, and are applied to future eligible course purchases only when issued. One code per order. Referral credit cannot be combined with event promo codes, partner/KOL codes, scholarships, school offers, or other discounts. Self-referrals and duplicate referred-family rewards are blocked.
