Q&A
How does paying actually work?
One payment per course — no subscriptions, no auto-renew, nothing charged again later. You buy it once, and it's yours for the access window below.
What can I try before I pay?
The first 3 lessons of every course are free the moment you log in — no card needed. It's a real look at the actual teaching, not a ticking-clock trial. (The Mock Exam course throws in the first full mock free, too.)
How long do I keep access?
180 days — about half a year — from the day you buy. We refresh our courses often, and 180 days comfortably fits the once-a-week rhythm 95% of students actually study at. Need a little longer? Just drop us an email and we'll sort it out.
Any promo codes or discounts? I've got siblings.
Yep. Campaign codes (like SCIENCE20) and a referral code from a friend both knock money off. Each code works once per student — so siblings can refer each other and everyone saves. (Keep reading for how to land a course completely free.)
Honestly… isn't this a bit pricey?
Quite the opposite. This is a complete, structured programme from professional teachers — the entire syllabus a course or competition actually demands, start to finish. Weigh it against roughly A$1,000 a term for group classes, or A$200 a session for one-on-one tutoring. Here, A$300–500 covers the whole course, and you can rewatch and re-listen as often as you like — about a fifth of the in-person cost.
Can I get a refund?
Because you get free starter lessons and the full curriculum up front, there's rarely a surprise — so as a rule we don't do cash refunds. But if you buy and it genuinely isn't the right fit, just email us: we'll put the amount on your account as credit toward your next course (same price or below — or simply top up the difference).
Can I actually get a course for free? 😏
You can. Share your personal promo code — every friend who uses it gets 20% off, and once five friends have used it, you've effectively earned your own course back. Register first, hand your code around, then buy. Want to take it further? Our Partner program can mean free courses or real cash payouts.
