What you keep once you register
- The live calendar for your state
- Every sitting on its own row: who can enter, when applications open and close, the exam day. Filter by year level. Each date links to the school’s own page, so you can confirm it before you apply.
- The 2027 guide as a PDF
- The same table, ready to print and pin up. You can download it the moment you register.
- Dates that stay current
- Schools move dates and open new rounds through the year. We read every school’s page again every two weeks and update the calendar.
How the dates are checked
Questions parents ask
Is it really free?
Yes. The calendar and the guide are free and stay free. No card, no password.
Why do you ask for the student’s name and year level?
The year level tells us which sittings matter to you: a Year 5 student and a Year 9 student sit different rounds. The name is how we address anything we send about that student. A first name is enough.
What will you email me?
Scholarship dates for your state, and information about courses that match your child’s year level. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Which schools are in the calendar?
Leading independent schools in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia. See the full list.
Can I rely on these dates to apply?
Use them to plan, then confirm on the school’s own page before you apply. Schools change dates, and the school’s announcement always prevails.
